Led end-to-end design for Navro’s Payments and Compliance experiences as the sole designer across both domains, shaping critical parts of a complex B2B fintech platform. Worked closely with Product and Engineering to define solutions in highly ambiguous, regulated environments, independently driving research and decision-making.  

Later expanded scope to oversee the broader product experience, improving consistency and scalability across the platform. Played a key role in translating complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear, usable workflows, while operating hands-on across strategy, UX, and UI in a fast-paced startup setting.
